Individual Therapy
Do you struggle with frequent worrying?
Do you find yourself feeling down or just not yourself lately?
Have you thought that it might help to talk through your problems with someone other than friends and family?
Individual Therapy provides a space to slow down, reflect, and better understand the patterns- emotional, relational, and internal- that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we will explore your goals, relationships, and emotional world and work to increase awareness, build emotional flexibility, and support meaningful change.
Sessions may focus on (but are not limited to):
- learning to manage stress and anxiety
- practicing effective communication skills
- talking through major life decisions
- dealing with conflict in your relationships
- developing greater self awareness and emotional resilience

Couples Therapy
Are you and your partner arguing more lately?
Do you feel disconnected and wish you could find a way back to connection?
Do you and your partner need help addressing a particular topic that has been difficult to work through on your own?
Are you hurt and angry and unable to communicate with love and respect?
Couples therapy sessions offer a safe space to talk about relationship issues and promote increased empathy and understanding. Each person is afforded a space to be seen and heard and couples learn techniques to improve communication and work through conflict. Many couples report greater connection and intimacy and improved communication after participating in couples therapy.
My work with couples is relational, collaborative, and present-focused, meaning that I pay close attention to what unfolds between partners while we meet and can help identify patterns and provide suggestions for different communication in real time. I value earning your trust and helping you to identify recurring patterns and moments of disconnection as they occur. Together we work to slow these patterns down, deepen understanding, and create new ways of relating that feel more connected and respectful.
Sessions include:
- learning to recognize and interrupt problematic patterns of interaction
- practicing clear and calm communication
- working with anger, resentment, and hurt
- navigating sensitive topics such as money, work, and intimacy
- increasing empathy and connection
